Well we will start with Christmas or rather Christmas time at our house. We were at my parents the week of Christmas but before we went up there we celebrated and relaxed and had our own traditions here at home. The tree was always on and lots of Christmas music was played and really cute pajamas were worn on really cute girls!

And Leah started her journey to walking . . .she is SO close!

There was the chillin in the hall with all the stuffed animals (it is a favorite - don't ask me why in the hall? I have no idea) but I don't care where it happens when they are playing together my heart is happy!

Does this picture look weird to anyone else?

Matt and I started a tradition - hot chocolate from scratch with peppermint ice cream melted in while watching Miracle on 34th street and cutting out snowflakes! GREAT date night!

Abby got engaged! (the girls fairy god mother) YAY! (They wouldn't hold still for the picture I was taking to send to Abby and Chancen so I gave them oranges so they would hold still)

Black berries went on sale! (and half of Leah's shirts got permanently stained) oh well. She LOVED them! Evelyn too. I thought I would make jam out of them so I bought a lot! And they ate them all!!!

Dad made his yummy spaghetti!

We made a Christmas present for the birds. We have LOTS of beautiful birds - all kinds. We made them bird feeders and the birds loved them! SO fun to watch!

Dad got a Christmas present early (the comfy chair they're sitting in) He was very happy!

The girls had fun with him and with the box it came in

Riverwoods! We went here a couple times! A fun play ground - a carousel - and pretty lights at night

She even makes a boogie nose look cute! Leah got sick - really sick over the break. It was SAD! The only good that came of it was how cuddly she was . . .we were so happy for her when she started feeling better!

She wasn't sure about the ride but we think she will love it like her sister next time

LIGHTS!

It was lots of work to all be home together in a little place like our home but we sure enjoyed it too! I love my family and am SO grateful they are in my life! They make it completely wonderful!

The look on Evelyn's face in that last picture is way to close to a flirty look! She's not allowed to grow up I say!
CUTE pictures, all of them! Sounds like a fun Christmas time!!! LOVE the peppermint ice cream in the hot chocolate date idea--SO doing that! :)
