We love traditions! We are having so much fun making new ones for our family. And we had to keep up our Halloween celebrations! So we had a special Halloween dinner on Sunday. We were so excited for it! Evelyn is always a good helper and made sure the batter was mixed up really well

Here is our Halloween dinner. I have never made pumpkin panckes but that is all I ever want to make now. They were SO yummy! And easy and healthy. So the entree was pumpkin pancakes - bat wing (bacon) and frankenstein brain with a little bit o blood (hash browns with ketchup) Evelyn didn't quite get it this year but I think in years to come it will be so fun! I need a good drink to go with it. Anyone have any ideas?

It was a fun delicious dinner! And then we had the lighting of the pumpkins for the second night in a row
And we sat and just watched them.
It was a fun and exciting day! Wore dad right out! (I sure love this man) he sat down and fell asleep after he cleaned up all of dinner. I am so blessed!
